is the parent company of several subsidiary companies listed below. Altria Group trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MO." Altria Group's mission is to own and develop financially disciplined businesses that are leaders in responsibly providing adult tobacco consumers with superior branded products.

Philip Morris USA Inc.

is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group that manufactures and markets cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products in the United States.

Altria Client Services Inc.

provides professional services and support to Altria Group and its subsidiaries; it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group.

John Middleton Company

manufactures and markets machine-made cigars and pipe tobacco. Middleton is wholly-owned by Altria Group through a holding company called Altria Enterprises LLC.

Philip Morris Duty Free Inc.

markets cigarettes at duty-free stores (such as duty-free shops in airports) and other duty-free channels in the United States.

Philip Morris Capital Corporation

is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group that holds investments in leases of certain assets, such as domestic and international aircraft, power plants and real estate.
