Our program engages college students for paid co-ops that involve projects or responsibilities that are closely related to a student's area of study.

Two types of co-op programs are available depending upon the school you attend.  The "alternate" co-op program provides two rotating work assignments that can be completed separately in the spring, fall, or during summer break. Some schools allow students to complete "parallel" co-op assignments by working on a part-time basis during the school year while attending classes.

Because the Altria family of companies is a true mission- and values-driven organization, co-ops get to do real work and take on real challenges.  Our companies are serious about their goals and how they achieve them, so everyone is asked to contribute.  Plus, students who do well have real opportunities for full-time job offers.
