Sixteen years ago, I began my career in Human Resources (HR) for Philip Morris USA in New York. At the time, I had recently received my degree and thought I would get some great experience and then move to another company in a few years. So why have I stayed so long? Of course, I love Altria and the people here. But it is more than that. In my various HR roles, I have worked with thousands of employees in different functions, helping them with issues that drive the business forward. Because this organization is continuously evolving, my job never gets dull. I am constantly able to challenge myself and the people with whom I work. I am excited about the future as I know new opportunities and challenges are right around the corner.
